- elaine miller Review added: 2018.10.31★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Just dropped in as we were passing & wanted to pick up a bird box as a last minute present. Very surprised by the variety of goods, a real treasure trove - especially the Christmas Shop, lots of decorations I haven't seen elsewhere. The Grotto wasn't open on the weekday we visited (our school had broken up early) however an Elf overheard me explaining this to my children & arranged for Santa to see us after he had finished with a school trip. Nothing felt like too much trouble! We had lunch in the cafe, there was a good gluten free menu.
